Ripples Asia Venture is looking for a Video Game Social Media and Influencer Marketing Associate focusing on Chinese markets to join our multinational team in building exciting campaigns and establishing a strong media network.
You will drive the marketing for our games as well as those of our video game clients in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. You should have some experience in the video game industry with a focus on social media and influencer management.
Role and Responsibility:
- Managing social media and influencer marketing projects and working with a team of project managers on multiple titles published by both established studios as well as small indie companies
- Managing relationships with content creators and key stakeholders across selected Asian territories for influencer marketing campaigns
- Social media tracking, reporting of key metrics for clients and internally
- Working closely with the Ripples team to create and implement publishing plans, schedules and calendars across influencer marketing and social media
- Supporting our business intelligence projects to help our partners make informed decisions for their publishing strategy on the social media and influencer marketing areas
Preferred Candidate Experience and Abilities:
- Fluent Chinese speaker with strong spoken and written communication skills
- Strong English communication skills
- An interest in media relations, social media, influencer marketing or community management
- Understanding of the Chinese video game media landscape and industry is a plus
- Interested in video games, news and trends
- Entrepreneurial with the ability to proactively identify project opportunities

Ripples Asia Venture is looking for a Business Development Associate who can work independently and connect with various console game publishers based in Asia to secure distribution rights for our regional trade partners. You should like video games, be highly motivated and excited to build new business channels.
Role and Responsibility
- Research on organisations and individuals to find new business opportunities
- Contact potential publishers to establish rapport and initiate meetings
- Gather comprehensive product information; as well as develop quotes and proposals to present to trade partners
- Present games to the product sales team
Preferred Candidate Experience and Abilities:
- Experience in sales, business development or related field
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Familiarity with the video games industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as organisational skills are essential
- Able to work well with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
